About the event
This will be my eigth teacher training to lead. I've trained over 100 teachers in the DFW market. Every time I am delighted with the experience. I am proud of the manual I have written for this training, although I admit I have an addiciton to editing it.
What you can expect with this training:
- An overview of asana (poses)
- Exposure to the history of yoga and the limbs within
- Deep immersion in spiritual philosophies that are within yoga and congruent with science
- Learning how to teach an amazing, sound, effectice Flow class and Slow class
- An overview of restorative and prenatal
- Self awareness and awakening
- The tools to create the life of your dreams
- Exposure to the business of yoga
- An overview of effective hands on assists
What not to expect:
- Competition
- Being coddled
- A PHD in yoga history or sanskrit — we cover those at a high level. True immersion in these can literally be a masters program
- A recruitment staff from the stuido calling you and giving you a sales pitch (yes, this does happen at some places)
- Leaving the same way you entered - transformation is almost guaranteed, friends
